From a technical point of view, the NC3FX-SPEC is a 3 pin female cable connector with solid 'coax' shell. A small grub screw , makes the connection to the microphone and Gooseneck 'quasi theft-proof.' From a rock-star point of view, you can swing your mic around on a long lead, without it falling off into the crowd (just don't whack your bass player). Cable O.D. range: 3.5 mm - 8.0 mm
