MiCon Adaptor for use with XLR (+48v)

Adaptor for use with Rode HS1 (headset) or LAVALIER (lapel) microphone systems. With it's 3-pin male XLR, this one is suitable for plugging straight in to a microphone input that provides standard +48V Phantom power. The handy clip provides strain relief for the cable.
