Super-easy way to project an excellent acoustic guitar sound for live performance. If we talk about the mount first: it's easy to mount with one hand, and is gentle on your instrument. The gooseneck is 140mm length, and the holder will suit just about any variety of guitar - various sized of acoustic guitar, dobro, ukulele, mandolin - with a body depth between 35 mm and 122 mm. This allows easy placement and no worries about wandering too far off mic.

But this is just the icing, the sweetest part of this cake is the actual microphone itself. DPA has built a ripper little supercardioid condenser microphone. Like all DPA mics, the 4099Guitar reproduces your sound naturally and accurately. Comes with XLR connection, but easily converted to suit any of the serious wireless systems including Shure and Sennheiser.
