Presonus Studio Channel - FREE to good home
It's that time of the week folks. We shine the spotlight on a product, and although there is always a great deal to be done, none can quite compare with free.
This week it's the Presonus Studio Channel - a tube preamplifier designed for studio use (but we know a few are out there taking care of the vocal business for PA use).
Sooo, take advantage of a great special price, or make sure you're a part of our Factory Sound Footy Tipping $2011 competition. If your tips come home the best for Round 3, then the Studio Channel is yours. For FREE!
Just in case you've missed the details - it's free to enter, there are great weekly prizes, and best of all: we get to make a little video once per week!

Sennheiser e904 in the spotlight - FREE to good home!
The spotlight this week is shining brightly on our favourite little tomtom mic - Sennheiser's mighty e904. Dynamic, and comes with a handy little clamp for rim mounting (but you can also stand-mount if space is not a premium).
For those involved in Factory Sound Footy Tipping $2011, the prize for the best tipper this week is one of these microphones. Free.
If you're not yet signed up, it's not too late. Get on board, because you'll quickly learn that our society of tippers actually has nothing to do with AFL football - it's about supreme weekly prizes that are very useful for all of us that work and play in the world of pro audio, and some fun along the way.
Back to the e904 - it really is a great mic, and you owe it to yourself to investigate further. Not only for toms, it also is a ripper for snare drums and, when stand-mounted, works just as well for horns. And because it's Friday today, make sure you have a good weekend!
